Our Client is a multi-national company with global presence within the Warehouse Solutions industry. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to accelerate their growth and expansion plans in Malaysia. The successful candidate can look forward to a rewarding career with an exciting and fast growing organization and possibly moving toward a regional platform.
Reporting directly to the management, you are responsible for the identification, development of new business opportunities at country level. You will develop annual business plan, build prospective client sources and provide support for company events such as trade shows, training, etc, develop & cultivate relationships with key partners and coordinate company resources as required.
Ideally you should have a minimum Degree in any field with 5 years of professional experience in related field. You should a proven track record of success in B2B sales consistently achieving or exceeding assigned sales quota. You must have strong work ethics, motivation and leadership skills. Candidates with ability to work in a fast paced environment and experience in Supply Chain / Logistic industry is highly desired. You should possess effective communication and interpersonal skill. You should be proactive, ambitious and passionate about sales and comfortable in making cold calls.
