【業務内容】
1、Manager assistant
• To gather information & data and create reports (Eng into Jpn, Jpn into Eng)
2、Interpreter & translator
• Interpretation at daily duties in all sections.
• Interpretation at Internal Meetings & External Meetings.
(At meetings with governmental organization in Singapore)
• Interpretation for Chairman & Board Members & the other guests from Japan
• Translation of External & Internal Documents
• Making appointment arrangement, Attend various meetings with the Director
And taking meeting minutes.
3、Administration
• Liaise with head quarter, Visits Japanese customers, supplier and .
• Apply and renew visa for expatriate, Deal with MOM (Ministry of Manpower) and CPF Board, Confirm Housing Lease Agreement and etc.
【要件】
• At least 3 years Interpretation & translation experience between English and Japanese
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
• Can have frequent business trip in ASEAN as well as Japan (1-2 times per month)
