Our client, a growing automation technology company now invites an experience Admin cum HR Executive to accelerate their growth.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will handle full spectrum of office admin / secretarial and HR function. You will be responsible for office management, facilities management, travel management, visitor management, service provider management, event management, safety & housekeeping, IT matters and HR admin.
Ideally you should have a Diploma with at least 5 years of office admin experience in a MNC environment. You should possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Capacity to work independently with minimal direction and collaboratively in a team environment and demonstrated high level skills in dealing confidently and courteously with people at all levels. Proficient in MS Office software is highly desirable.
