Senior Accounts Manager - Future Management

About the client:
Our Client is a Japanese company and a leading provider of financial solutions for both corporations and individuals seeking flexible and affordable financing. They serve several Small and Medium Sized Enterprises, Government Organisations and even Multinational Corporations in financial advising, from leasing fleets of vehicles to financing their IT software.
They are looking up for a Senior Accounts Manager to handle their Accounts and Finance Department and future succession growth plan roles.


Responsibilities:
Manage accounting team, including daily operations of Accounts and Admin Section
Approve payment and disbursement (trade and non-trade)
Manage annual audit, accounting standards compliance, GST and corporate tax filing, and other regulatory tax compliance
Oversee full spectrum of financial statements
Responsible for full spectrum of budgeting and forecast, including analysis and manage quantitative performance
Participate and review in new projects and products
Communicate with internal and external parties to resolve issues
Set objectives, planning and work delegation of team
Support management initiatives and strategy 
Monthly Management reporting


REQUIREMENT
Degree in Accountancy/Finance with CPA with at least 10 years working experience in similar or related industry.
Able to manage a team with Analytical skills to understand financial trends and strong commitment to meet tight schedule
Able to speak in Japanese language is an added advantage to liaise with Japanese speaking associates and expats.
