Senior Accounts Executive

About the client:
Our client is a leading Japanese plastics and chemical manufacturing company in Singapore. 
They are currently looking out for a Senior Accounts Executive to join in their Business Support department to handle Singapore Accounts.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Accounts Manager, will be responsible for accurate and timely monthly financial closing, providing supervision and guidance to juniors and assisting the Managers in financial matters of the company by undertaking a portfolio of accounting responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Supervise Accounts Payable & Receivable staff. Assume entire role of GL and Fixed Assets registrar
Perform monthly closing activities for Costing, include analysis of manufacturing variances. Prepare monthly financial and management reports. Ensure compliance in GST reporting and withholding tax
Monitor and plan for day-to-day cash inflow and outflow, liaising with bankers and headquarters for financing requirement.
Prepare DIVA reporting pack for headquarters consolidation requirement on every quarter. Prepare for financial audit and coordinate the audit process. Assist management in half yearly and yearly Budget preparation. Compute corporate tax and liaise with tax agent for annual tax filing. Filing of manufacturing statistics with EDB and Department of Statistics
REQUIREMENT
Degree in Accounting/ ACCA/ currently pursuing ACCA with Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting in Similar or any related industry is preferable.
Past experience of SAP FICO advantageous.
Cheerful and positive mindset, meticulous, possess initiative and able to multi-task. A team player with good interpersonal skills with learning attitude is preferred.
