About our client:
Our client is a leading apparel company from Japan


Responsibilities:
Preparation for opening company’s online shop business in Singapore, expand business in Singapore, general operation after opening. Manage P/L, BS of online shop business. Handle daily operation such as to manage customer response on telephone or mail, Order processing, Request delivery for the customer to logistics company, Market research in Singapore, List of product information to the site. Hold regular meetings with respective department and Cooperate with the Japanese and real store team
New store will open in Dec 2017. As a start-up member, part of the Store Strategy Division team, you will construct the operation with immediate manager and do the daily operation of the online shop in Singapore.


Qualification:
Should have around 3 to 5 years of operating experience on online shop in Singapore. Must have a Bachelor degree with advanced knowledge of online marketing. Knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is expected. Will have to travel as and when required.
