Head of Mortgage Sales
• Focus in housing loan and able to cross sell other banking products
• Leading a team of Mortgage Specialist
• Ensure compliance and internal operations risk
As a Head of Mortgage Sales, you will be required to manage, lead and coach a team of 10 Mortgage Specialists. You will need to provide the direction and drive your team towards attaining Housing Loan as well as Cross Sell sales and service targets. You will also be required to build close rapport and relation with real estate agencies and developers with the objective of securing incremental referrals. You will have to ensure your team members’ compliance to all regulatory and internal operations risk.
As a Head of Mortgage, you must possess a positive working attitude, good customer service and a high degree of initiative, and should preferably have a degree or diploma with minimum 8 years of sales and management experience in the banking and financial industry. You must be driven and able to work well under pressure to meet the sales targets, and also be flexible with work hours. You must have good coaching, people and sales management skills besides good engagement and positive influencing skills
