Our client, a Multi-corporation Company in process or factory automation with global presence, they are currently seeking a Design Engineer – Electronic as part of their expansion plan in Asia Pacific. The successful candidate can look forward to a rewarding career with an exciting and fast growing organization.
In this role, you will manage end to end product development project from R&D till pre-production process for Photoelectric sensor . You are responsible for electronic circuits & PCB design & documentation, supplier manage of PCB & SMT for technical issues, fabrication, SMT process, testing etc. You will produce prototype, conduct feasibility studies for new concept and responsible for products and part release. In additional, You will support process / technology transfer to production, support pilot run, mass production. In addition, you will also provide product maintenance and assist production in improving their production yield. You will also verifying regulatory compliance (UL, CE, etc.) with support from approval department
You should either have a Bachelor / master / PHD degree Electronic / Optoelectronic Engineering with at least 5 years or more relevant experience in hardware design, photoelectric sensors developing. Candidate with strong knowledge of component level digital and analogue, hands-on capability for hardware build, test and troubleshooting will be highly desirable. Additional relevant technical experience will include photonic design application (eg emission, transmission, amplification, detection and modulation of light and PCD layout). You must be technically savvy, be passionate in your role, be action oriented, precise & reliable and is able to work in a fast paced environment; You should be equipped with effective communication, interpersonal and project management skill.
