About the client
Our client is a Japanese company and is a leading provider of portable power tools in Singapore that aims to meet consumer needs in woodworking, construction, and indoor household works.
They are looking for a Marketing and Communications Specialist/Executive who can handle their marketing division and branding and advertising areas.


Responsibilities
This position will assist the Management in planning and enhance brand awareness through integrated communication and marketing activities in both online and offline platforms.


Increasing awareness/ publicity of the company.
Developing and implementing strategic advertising plans that are aligned to corporate branding and
positioning for both the local and regional business.
Able to manage the company website and internet marketing and ensure that information is authentic and up-to-date.
Provide suggestion/advice to improve on the effectiveness of promotion/ sponsorship/ event/ seminar.
Take charge of Marketing promotions, events, tradeshow, advertising and any relating matter pertaining to company branding/ image.
Conduct market research in comparison to competitors' products.
Ad hoc duties assigned by Manager


Requirement
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills with strong brand management
Independent and resourceful, flexible and responsive in dealing with people
Proficient in digital and traditional platform media.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Commerce, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
