Our Client is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of offshore drilling and currently they are seeking for a Senior Inside Sales Coordinator to join their exciting team.
You are responsible for three segments – Sales Coordination, Sales Support and Reporting to the Senior Management. For Sales Coordination, you will collaborate with other support departments primarily sales, sales admin, manufacturing, quality assurance and engineering in meeting contractual requirements. You will also have to ensure accuracy and timely processing of sales orders, monitor its order status, as well as to liaise and plan customers’ shipment. For Sales Support, you will act as a first point of contact for urgent correspondence, assist on purchase orders, documentation, check on incoming freight invoices as well as to follow up on insurance claims. Last but not least, for Reporting, you have to do weekly sales report and bi-monthly revenue forecast to the senior management.
Ideally you should possess at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Sales Coordination / Sales Support related roles. You should have strong business acumen, customer orientation and presentation skills. You should also possess good ability to operate and functionally manage people in a formal and informal matrix structure.
