Our Client is a multi-national company with global presence within the Chemical Solutions industry. They are seeking a maintenance/reliability Leader within Chemical/Process industry. The successful candidate can look forward to a rewarding career with an exciting and fast growing organization.


Reporting directly to the management, you will lead a team of Reliability Engineers from various disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and DCS) to improve the plant’s equipment reliability performance through: (i) Formulation and implementation of strategic reliability programs, (ii) adoption of new technologies in the market and (iii) collaboration with Global Reliability Networks to acquire best knowledge and practices.


Ideally you should have a minimum Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering; Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in the design, operation and(or) maintenance of plant fixed and rotating equipment. Relevant work experience in a chemical/petrol chemical/pharmaceutical/ process industry will be preferred; Certification in CBM technologies, such as Ultrasonic Inspection, Vibration and Thermographic Analysis, will be an added advantage; Knowledge on SAP system Maintenance Module will be an added advantage.
