This role will be responsible for all the domestic and regional business development (BD) matters, including but not limited to market survey for new products, preparation of business case and feasibility studies, including sales and profitability forecast, communication / liaising with sales agents / distributors in Singapore and particular Asian countries. Besides, ad-hoc projects will be required to which she (or he) shall contribute with business inputs.
Job Description
-Conduct market survey for new products
-Prepare and propose business cases or feasibility studies, including the sales forecast and profitability assessment
-Liaise with sales agent/distributor in each country
-Collect, assess/analyze and report monthly sales and stock results in each country for management review
-Review agreement with sales agents/distributors/others as necessary
-Ensure all agreements/documents are properly archived
-Participate in and contribute to ad-hoc projects as BD
-To assist colleagues in supporting other business units, whenever necessary
-Other special tasks assigned or instructed by the superior from time to time
Requirements
-Minimum work experience in pharmaceutical industry
-Marketing experiences preferred but not mandatory
-Logical thinking and strong analytical capabilities required
-Able to work in accordance with established guidelines, procedures, policies and supervisions
-Able to carry out the assigned tasks in an accurate and efficient manner
-Detail-mindset, responsible, well-organized
-Strong communication and interpersonal skill in shared office environment.

-Able to Prioritize tasks and workload
-Basic IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Overseas traveling may be required occasionally to Japan or other Asian countries.
