Our Client is one of the fastest growing companies of its kind, and is well established in the across the global over years. They offer a large range of products and are able to offer personalized solutions. In tune with their rapid growth in the Global market, they are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager as part of their global expansion.
In this role, you will be accountable for leading the global marketing strategies across allocated business division to optimize brand position, pricing and segmentation. You will work with internal stakeholders for marketing plans and sales support, report to management on market analysis, business performance. You will manage marketing system (CRM, CIM loyalty systems), train and coach marketing competencies, ensure product positioning. In additional, you will also provide marketing support to distributors, key accounts through incentive performance strategies. You will also be accountable for the A&P of the products.
Ideally, incumbent should have a Degree in Business or Marketing and with at least 10 – 15 years of formidable working experience within the same functions. You should have strong understanding of strategic leadership marketing discipline. Candidate with previous background in printing, forestry, Agriculture, FMCG will be an added advantage. You must be able to work independently and to multitask. Due to the requirement of the role for a global platform. You are expected to travel for this role.
