Our Client is one of the fastest growing companies of its kind, and is well established in the Asia region over years. In tune with their rapid growth in the Global market, they are seeking a Manager – Strategic Communications as part of their global expansion.
In this role, you will lead team, manage budgets, to drive internal & external communications strategy. You will work with stakeholders to manage tradition and digital media, enhance NGO, UN, Association and Community’s relations with the objective to strengthen global presence. You will execute issues management strategy to support business growth and be the focus point for company’s communication effort. You will also drive communications and change management efforts to ensure employees engagement and be accountable for coaching the leadership team for all communications efforts. You must be prepared to be relocated to Jakarta, Indonesia as per job requirements. 
Ideally, incumbent should have a Degree in Journalism or Communications and with at least 10 – 15 years of formidable working experience within the same functions. You should have strong understanding of communication and sustainability discipline. You must be able to work independently and to multitask. Due to the requirement of the role to engage local media and offices, it will be ideal if you possess multiple language competencies. You will be expected to travel for this role. Candidate with work experience in agriculture and sustainability communications experience will be an added advantage.
