Work details
A global traditional MNC Japanese chemical manufacturing firm looking for a “Customer Service Executive” to join them for the Singapore location. This company is growing and has huge expansion plans in future. They offer very attractive perks and benefits to the right candidate who wishes to prosper and stay with them for a longer run.
Responsible for shipping and sales coordination and work on volume. Will have to coordinate with the customers and third party for smoother work flow and import export operation. Will have to handle invoices and billings etc. and will have to handle based on L/C and other shipping related documents.
Someone with good customer service and sales coordination experience. Has good knowledge and experience of shipping documents and import/export business. Someone from a trading or logistics industry is much preferable. Requires to be a good coordinator and team player with good communication skills.
