Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain full set of accounts for the group companies, including and not limited to maintaining the general ledger, accounts receivable/billing, accounts payable, fixed assets maintenance (recording/tagging/tracking of assets), review of bank account activities, debtors and creditors monitoring, GST preparation and performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Support and review for appropriate documentation and approvals for the issuance of purchase orders in relation to all procurements.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and processes for accounting & finance functions.
• Liaising with Operations and external vendors on key accounting related matters.
• Any other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
• At least a Diploma in Accounting.
• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant working experience, preferably with experience in maintaining full sets of accounts.
