Job Description
Heading the whole Singapore team especially in sales and marketing for consumer segment, you will have a P&L responsibility and are expected to provide business strategy to achieve strong revenue growth, increase in market share and extend the company’s brand reach. You will be leading senior level strategic negotiation with key partners, retailers and create win-win relationship with distributors.
Working with the regional office, you must ensure that all the marketing and branding activities are adhering to global guidelines and overall corporate vision.
The Successful Applicants
You are currently holding a similar position preferably in an international Consumer Electronic company or global FMCG brands with solid background in commercial leadership skills and brand stewardship responsibility. You must possess a strong network in retailers/distributor/partners and a deep understanding of the consumer industry, its opportunities and challenges. You must be a highly driven, with a superb track record in meeting and exceeding sales target and have excellent people management skills.
