Our Client is a Medical Devices MNC with a global presence. They are looking for a Clinical Trainer to accelerate their growth and expansion plans in APAC, by providing training and marketing support on all of their product offerings. The successful candidate can look forward to a rewarding career with an exciting and fast growing organization and possibly moving toward a leadership role.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you are responsible for the regional Product Trainings, Seminars and other events, supporting distributor management and various marketing activities. You will also work very closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Managers to support your clients in the best way possible, and thereby developing and maintaining excellent rapport. You are also responsible for providing training to new colleagues joining the team.
Ideally you should have a minimum Degree, preferably in a Business or Science related discipline, with around 3 years of professional experience in sales and/or marketing for medical consumables. Training experience is highly sought after. Professionals with nursing background (Registered Nurses) are welcome to apply. You should a proven track record of success in product training, product demo, or sales/marketing support. You should possess excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. You should be comfortable travelling up to 30% of the time.
