APAC Marketing Lead
Our client is the worldwide leader in the manufacture of high-quality, high-fidelity audio and electronic products for automotive, consumer and professional use. This position will report to the Sr. Marketing Manager. The person will be a core member of a small but effective regional team that will help our client execute its go to market strategy in APAC.
This is a pivotal Single Contributor role that has huge impact in the way our client’s brands are experienced, perceived and discussed online and offline.
Essential Responsibilities:
•Execute regular marketing ATL and BTL activities as may be required from time to time
•Identifying areas of opportunity to implement online/digital/ Social marketing strategies
•Operationalize and execute all digital/ social/online marketing campaigns from concept through end of campaign reporting
•Actively schedule social media engagement strategies
•Develop and execute tailored social and web advertising campaigns across different audience sectors and business segments
•Manage daily social media activities and build social profiles in order to drive engagement, create awareness and increase brand visibility
•Manage and perform ad-serving, trafficking, sites tagging and optimization recommendations
•Provide quick respond to comments on social platform
•Work with business development and channel team members to develop creative content and deliverables for social engagement
•Content researcher and writer of news update, current trends, competitors update, advertorial and editorial for all online platforms
•Work with event management and marketing team to identity the full digital mix for the best outreach
•Measure and report on the effectiveness of the campaigns to further improve SEM metrics, tracking codes, fine-tune and extend impact
•Maintain ever-evolving digital media best practices
•Liaise and introduce new media support and provide ideas for new techniques to enhance online marketing strategies
•Handles all ad-hoc functions as assign by the marketing
•Influencer community - Marketing and PR, Social Media Strategy and Brand Blog Support
Requirements:
•Degree in Marketing/Business/equivalent
•5-10+ years marketing experience, ideally within the Consumer Electronics sector
•Experienced with brand building, with a focus on the digital marketing spectrum including web, social media, analytics, CRM and e-Commerce
•Experience in establishing end to end online marketing platforms is a plus
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•Strong leadership and people development skills, with 3+ years in a similar position
•Strong exceptional capabilities, Agency and Vendor management in marketing and online spaces
•Good team player, willingness to Travel
