Our client is a highly successful Multinational Palm based Manufacturing Company with global operation. As part of their expansion plan in APAC, they like to invite a successful buyer/ sourcing professional to join their APAC team in Singapore.
In this role, You will be involve in the end to end commodity sourcing activities. You are to ensure good vendors/ suppliers relationship management and also collaborate with key suppliers to ensure competitive advantage in delivery. You will strategize and improvising procurement improvement program and ensure it’s aligned with company’s business goals. 
To be successful in this position, you will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or other related discipline. You need to have had at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in raw material sourcing within Food / FMCG industry. You possess a proactive and strategic mindset and be able to work in a fast paced environment. Experience in a multi-functional team, global environment and prior experience in driving a startup team is highly desired. It is vital that you come with strong negotiation skills, sourcing mindset with sound knowledge in vendor management/contracts.
