A renowned player in a niche industry, our client has an established presence globally with strong presence in Hong Kong. Due to business expansion, it now seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead their North Asia Business HR team.
Reporting to Regional HR Director, you will partner closely with divisional heads serving as primary Advisor to provide expertise and guidance in full spectrum HR matters. You will lead, execute and advise on strategies and processes relating to talent acquisition, development and management, total rewards, performance management, and employee relations issues. Leading a lean Business HR team, you will design, drive and execute HR initiatives and programs for North Asia.
The successful candidate is degree qualified in HR, Business Administration or related disciplines with minimum 10 years’ experience as HR Generalist including 4 years as HR Business Partner. Preference will be given to those experienced working in financial services MNCs with diverse culture, fast-paced and demanding environment. You are highly hands-on, independent, results-oriented, possess excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing and leadership skills to operate in a highly matrix environment.
