Our client, one of the well-known global messaging products, is setting up an engineering team in Singapore. They are seeking for Backend Developers to be part of their pioneer team.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be working closely with the global team to develop and build better products for the messaging business. Working in a highly collaborative environment, you will be involved in the development of backend systems which includes pair programming, functional and unit testing. You will also be working closely with the DevOps team for code deployment. 
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years Backend Development – with programming languages such as Java, PHP or Ruby. You must have experience in MVC framework and SQL. As one of the pioneers in the team, you must be able to adapt in a startup environment, and be open to contributing in other areas of product development.
