Job Purpose
The incumbent will support the Client Management team in all aspects of account management and maintenance to ensure maximum effectiveness of internal processes and communication and guarantee optimum service.
Main Duties/Responsibilities
•Provide post-sales support
•Resolve less complex customer issues
•Ensuring TAT are met in responding to brokers and clients queries
•Responding to network providers queries
•Provide support to the Client Management team by ensuring that all renewal cases are set up accurately through internal systems
•Handling ad-hoc claims reporting/membership reporting
•Handling ad-hoc administrative support
•Identify improvement to prevent issues from re-occurring
Education/Professional Qualifications Required
•A-level qualification required
•Relevant insurance certification : BCP, PGI and HI
Experience Required
•3-5 years’ experience in administrative support functions
•Minimum 2 years’ experience in a team environment
•Used to meeting tight deadlines and managing priorities under pressure
•Knowledge in Client Management/Health Insurance or Brokerage background preferred
Skills
•Strong influencing and negotiating skills
•PC literate - solid knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
•Good time management and able to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
•Self-motivated with strong sense of ownership
