Job Description
As the Regional Business Manager, your chief responsibility is the performance of the brand across APAC. Holding P&L responsibilities, you will be responsible for all commercial, sales & marketing and branding aspects of the business. You will work closely with your in-market distributors in rolling out sales & marketing action plans, building a strong pipeline of growth to increase market share and brand equity. Serving as the eyes and ears of Asia, you will provide strategic insights and direction to Global HQ, working closely with your Global peers to align bran ddirection and capitalize on opportunities for growth. You will be responsible for all budget management and reporting, tracking results and maintaining a high level of performance across all markets.
The Successful Applicant
You are holding a similar commercial management experience, in the Beauty industry. A high degree of familiarity with the Skincare segment will be extremely advantageous. You have overview of the Asia Pacific region, in particular China and North Asia markets. An independent worker, you are both strategic and operational, with the proven ability to excel in a lean environment with limited resources. You are passionate about brand building and have a strong understanding of Asian consumers and market trends.
Extensive travelling (>50%) is required for this role.
Fluency in French will be highly preferred as the job requires extensive liaison with French counterparts in Sales, Marketing and Product Development, as well as exposure to official documents and contracts which are written in the French language.
