Senior Operation Manager – Corporate Banking (Based in Dubai/ Abu Dhabi)

As a Senior Ops Manager, you are tasked to provide strategic leadership to the departments and guide all activities to support the Bank’s growth strategies and achieve projected business results. You will design and review the overall operational policies and procedure of the Branch and recommend enhancements & modifications to ensure adequate controls are in place. You will also establish and maintain clear performance matrices to track and evaluate the overall efficiency of the operations system. In additional, responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of the banking operations in the Branch. Keep abreast of latest banking policy and procedures at all levels and develop strategies to improve quality of services of the Branch. Besides, you will evaluate and control risk factors associated with all the functional activities on top of ensuring all the back office operations are running smoothly & efficiently.
You are required to have more than 7 years of middle office/ operation experience in a commercial/ corporate banking setup. A Degree/ Master in business or banking studies. You are able to adapt to fast moving working environment and always be independent at work and in problem solving. You will report to the Head of Operation.
