Our client is a highly successful industrial automation solution company with global operation. As part of their expansion plan in Asia, they like to invite a successful Facilities Manager to join its team. 
In this role, you will provide team leadership to the facility management department for the management of building services, security, cleaner services, facilities, office space planning, renovation and upgrading works for the plant. You will provide facilities engineering systems support, ensure maximization of facilities utilization, manage budget and cost and ensure effect implementation of facility management policies which includes facility utilization, cost management, inventory, and asset control. You will manage vendor, negotiate tenders & contracts ensuring best and cost efficiency practices for the company. You will also conduct quarterly workplace safety audit; establish and implement all emergency procedures, including conducting and supervision of trial / fire evacuation.
Ideally you should have a minimum Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Management Engineering equivalent with at least 8 years of professional experience in the building services and infrastructure role; You must have proven leadership, customer services, planning and execution skills, be attentive to details, be a team player and also with ability to promote cross functional collaboration. To excel well in this role, you must have exceptional knowledge of workplace, safety and health regulation & practices. Candidate with prior experience in managing multiple sites will be an added advantage.
