About Our Client
A newly established, first-of-its-kind Institute is searching for a Head of Assessment. This exciting new start up is a government backed and funded initiative, aimed at developing a professional and best-in-class HR environment in Singapore. This institute will take a national lead in the accreditation of HR and Training Professionals - a first of its kind initiative with the objective of skilling up and transforming the HR community, to meet evolving macro-economic and business needs.
Job Description
In this role, you will lead Assessment, identifying its strategic objectives and driving the development of the Assessment Programme. You will develop processes, policies, toolkits and controls that ensure effective and objective implementation of assessment, based your understanding and analysis of market needs. You will oversee implementation and review, ensuring that assessment tools stay relevant and and that any areas of concerns are escalated and addressed. A subject matter expert in this area, you will provide strategivc counsel and advise to stakeholders and partners, with the over arching objective of ensuring that fair and robust assessment is established.
The Successful Applicant
You are a experienced professional in the area of Assessment, within the fields of Education or Training. You have extensive exposure to shaping and evaluating assessment tools, with strong assessment design fundamentals and a good understanding of the leanring culture, You are a strong communicator, with the ability to negotiate, influence and manage multi functional projects.
