Our client is one of the major system Integration companies headquartered in Japan, who is expanding their presence in Southeast Asia. In Singapore, they are especially enhancing their services for BFSI industry with extensive experiences and unique technology. Currently they are looking for a system analyst who would join the exciting project for Leasing company.   
The incumbent is expected to ensure solutions and systems provided meet project objectives across the region. (Business trip to Hong Kong and other Asian regions is required) Facilitating requirements elicitation session with stakeholders/end users to create Business requirements document (BRD), preparing High/Low Level design documents (HLD/LLD), Database design including data mapping, entity-relationship diagram (ERD), Data Flow Diagram (DFD) and Traceability Requirements Matrix documents as per SDLC standard. On top of that, it is also expected that supporting, co-ordinating and reviewing SIT and UAT together with technology team and preparation of training materials, operational procedures and application manuals for end-users.
Candidate MUST have 5 to 8+ years Business System Analyst experience (on scratch based development) in treasury management systems focusing on commercial leasing, loan and accounting functions and its life cycle. It is also expected to have knowledge of accounting calculation functions such as accruals, impairment, depreciation, amortization, interest calculation, customs / tax calculation and associated regulatory/audit reporting. Candidate should possess exposure across commercial leasing, loan sub-products like auto, equipment lease and loan, credit risk, regulatory compliance and reporting. Experiences in SQL, DB2 environment and intermediate to Expert level knowledge in Microsoft Visio, Excel, Word and PowerPoint will be also expected.
