A famous FMCG player with global footprint, our client is seeking for an experienced and dynamic Consumer Insights expert to play an integral part in their regional team based in Hong Kong.


Reporting to Regional Head of Consumer Insights, you will develop consumer insights and strategies that enhances business across the assigned region. With sound understanding of the consumer markets, you will manage and integrate information, data and insights to ensure knowledge is applied and leveraged across the business. You will manage research partners in project delivery and attainment of objectives aligning with best practice. Partnering closely with internal stakeholders, you will support them by providing relevant data and consumer trends to design and drive key marketing initiatives.


The successful candidate is degree qualified preferably in mathematics or business administration and have minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Consumer Insights or Analytics role. Preference will be given to those with Asia region hands-on market knowledge and experience working within FMCG MNCs, and those with research/consulting experience will be an added advantage. You are a hands-on team player with high influencing ability, have strong analytical, project management and presentation skills, and have worked in a highly matrix and demanding environment. Market knowledge of Korea and Japan is mandatory to be considered.
