Our client is a Japanese Accounting firm. It now invites an experienced Corporate Secretarial to accelerate their growth in Singapore.
Reporting to the Corporate Secretarial Manager. Joining the Corporate secretarial team, you will manage the full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties not limited to company incorporations, preparation of directions / shareholders resolutions, managing a portfolio of clients, perform KYC due diligence requirements and maintain statutory registers and corporate records of company and subsidiaries. You will maintain the minute book and statutory records and prepare minutes, resolutions and notice for Board of Director’s meetings; and other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Ideally you should have a Diploma with at least 1 to 4 years of corporate secretarial experiences. You should possess effective communication skills. Candidates with ability to multi-task, able to work under pressure, pro-active and good team player is highly desired.
