Our client, an established and international FMCG company in a phase of growth and development. It now invites an experienced Personal Assistant to support the VP based in Singapore. You will be responsible for the day-to-day secretarial and administrative function not limited to managing complex travelling management, heavy meeting schedules, documentation and ad-hoc administrative duties. You will anticipate and be responsive to meeting and travelling changes.
Ideal candidate should possess a Diploma or Degree with at least 10 years of secretarial experiences gained from similar role in a multinational company. Candidate with ability to multi-task, detailed oriented; and capable to think on his/her feet in a crisis is highly desired. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skill is desired.
