Our client is a leading healthcare MNC with a global business in medical devices.
An exciting opportunity exists as Indonesia Sales Supervisor to work with local staff and manage a medical business in neurovascular therapy. He/she will manage the appointed distributors to promote and service the product portfolio in Indonesia and to drive sales revenue and market share. He/she will assist in building the competence of the distributor sales force by developing their product knowledge and selling skills and ensure that the distributors fully comply to the company’s corporate policies, code of conduct, practices and guidelines. He/ she will manage the database, gather market data and information and identify/ develop KOL relationship and regularly feedback the business performance to the regional manager.
To qualify you would have a degree in life science or related subject and will have at least 5 years of direct sales experience of medical devices with some marketing or distributor management preferred.
