You will be part of the Global Legal & Compliance team playing an active part from Singapore in developing solutions to legal issues and preparing legal opinions and documents. You will recommend legal solutions with regard to employment law related issues and immigration matters. You will identify local law statutory requirements pertaining to corporate compliance; perform extensive and complex research for the global Legal & Compliance team by gathering relevant information and documents and compiling legal data from diverse sources including other Divisions and external sources; ensure internal compliance according to internal guidelines and policies. You will also act as the first point of contact for internal and external general enquiries in Singapore. 


Ideal candidate must be a qualified lawyer with a minimum of 5 years of experience as in an in-house legal department or within a leading law firm. Ability to prioritize incoming work, prepare legal documents, forms, presentations, reports and letters, as well as prior experience in regulatory compliance is highly preferred.
