ResponsibilitiesLead the UX initiative by collaborating closely with the product owners and development teams to create top-notch product experiences for the client’s customersDefine and drive the user experience strategy and design solutions for a set of products based on usability, intuitiveness, consistency, business goals and time to market. Conceptualize and execute designs from ideation to final hand-off to the development teamsConduct and evaluate user feedbackEstablish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards

QUALIFICATIONS More than 5 years professional experience with user experience design for software interfaces; 2 years leading projects or teamDegree in a relevant field (HCI, graphic, interactive or communication design) Advanced ability to create wireframes, storyboards, user flows and prototypesStrong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and other web scripting languages and an understanding of how design choices translates in developmentAbility to work closely with various stakeholdersProficient in Photoshop or other visual design and wire-framing toolsKnowledge and experience in Agile environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills
