An international General Insurer is seeking a Business Analyst (Assistant Manager / Manager).
The Business Analyst acts as a conduit between business users and Regional IT to ensure the successful delivery of Projects and Work Requests.
•Works as fully contributing team member on important projects and activities of diverse scope with own discipline.
•Works under general direction within broadly defined framework.
•Continues to acquire specialized functional knowledge, more complex skills and operating practices.
•Builds collaborative work relationships across the organization and delivers solutions also to external customers on specific issues.
•Assumes responsibility for planning and executing assignments.
•Acts as a technical leader managing the work of a team or as an expert business resource [for PMs and SBAs does not include man management].
•Drives team work to resolve complex business issues through sharing in-depth knowledge and experience.
•Makes operational decisions on policies, tactics critical to the function’s business success.
•Builds and maintains partnerships with key decision makers in customer organization.
•Assumes responsibility for delivery of quality outcomes of complex and business critical projects integrating client needs, strategic business goals of the function and financial objectives.
•Working experience with Finance projects is desirable
•Previous working experience in General Insurance company as a Business Analyst is a must.
