Our Client is a multi-national company with global presence within the Chemical/Petrochemical industry. They are seeking a TurnAround Project Engineer. The successful candidate can look forward to a rewarding career with an exciting and fast growing organization. 
Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will responsible for all elements in the project activities, developing and following up the deliverables in project plans to ensure the success of project implementation. You are responsible in Develop/Review project plans based on defined scope and execution strategy, Develop/Review different level of project schedule to ensure that all critical phases are identified, Manage project execution through monitoring progress, managing resource, coordinating activities and resolving bottlenecks, Manage engineering and construction contractors for small projects executed in-house, Perform/Review technical evaluation and selection of contractors in bidding exercise, Control project execution through reviewing and resolving issues in cost, change, quality and schedule, Ensure effective communication and information flow relating to project development , Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, Work in close cooperation with TA Planner and EPCM Contractor to assure that necessary integration between projects and maintenance work
Ideally you should have a minimum Bachelor of Science or higher technical education, Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project work in oil or petrochemical industries, Project planning and scheduling experience, communication and coordination skills, Leadership, strong work ethic, positive attitude, communication and collaboration, problem solving, good team player, Experience to work with Engineering contractors (EPCM, EPC), Professional engineer (PE) service.
