Our client, an overseas company is currently seeking to recruit a Secretary / Personal Assistant to support the senior managerial.
Reporting to the senior managerial, you will manage the day-today secretarial and administrative support. You will be responsible for a broad spectrum of secretarial duties, including but not limited to secretarial support, managing and organizing heavy meeting schedules and preparations, travel arrangement, visitor management, documentation management, claims processing etc.
Ideally you should have a minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent with 6 years of secretarial experiences supporting senior managerial position. Candidates with ability to multi-task, detailed oriented, able to work under pressure and capable of thinking on his/her feet in a crisis is highly desired. You should possess effective communication skills in English, Mandarin and Hokkien as the job require to liaise with overseas clients for work arrangement; and high proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications is desirable.
