Our client, an established Japanese automotive company is in a phase of growth and development. It now invites an experienced General Affairs Specialist to work within the General Affairs department.
Ideal candidate should be a highly motivated team player with customer service oriented mindset. You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day administrative function not limited to expatriate management, office tenancy lease, confidentiality management, managing corporate issues, and managing employee satisfaction. You will enhance the customer the customer satisfaction index of General Affairs in providing excellent general affairs services to all employees in the company and ensure the optimum use of company resources in the
areas of, office facility management, Fixed Assets & Equipment Management, Office Security System using research and analysis as tools. Find out improvement activities to reduce cost, optimize resources and promote Corporate Social Responsibilities in Singapore.
Ideal candidate should possess a Diploma / Degree with at least 1 to 3 years of general admin / conveyancing experiences gained from similar role in a multinational company. Candidate should possess customer service oriented mindset and the ability to multi-task, work independently and has a flair for numbers. Excellent interpersonal and communicate skills is desired.
