Our client, a leading Japanese company invites an experienced Corporate Secretary to accelerate their growth in Singapore.
Reporting to the MD, you will be responsible to handle the full spectrum of corporate secretarial work and manage the group corporate secretarial matters. You will provide advisory for each subsidiaries for the corporate secretarial matters and liaise with service providers. You will maintain the statutory register, records, prepare and draft board resolution and minutes, e-filing of various transactions with ACRA and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Last but not least, you will organise and co-ordinate board meetings and liaise with external parties such as corporate secretarial service providers and notary offices.
Ideally you should have a Diploma or Degree with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant corporate secretarial experiences. Candidate with strong analytical skills, independent and multi-task skills is highly desired. You should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills.
