Job Description
This progressive sporting goods brand is looking for a Retail Development Manager to grow its stores network in Singapore. You will take ownership of the retail development value chain – identifying real esate opportunities, conducting feasibility studies, negotiating directly with landlords and government agencies and developing a long term store development pipeline for the brand. You will lead a cross-functional team in preparing feasibility analysis from legal, financial and engineering perspectives, putting together a project proposal that supports brand growth and customer acquisition. 


The Successful Applicant
You are an experienced retail development / market expansion / business development professional in the retail industry, with a highly analytical mind and deep familiarity with the local scene. You have a proven track record in identifying development opportunities and growing store networks in Singapore. You possess an existing strong network in the real estate industry, including developers, landlords, local regulators and government agencies. A natural communicator, your strengths are in stakeholder management, negotiation and project leadership .
