Assistant Human Resources Manager

An international FMCG player, our client seeks a very hands-on HR Generalist with strong office administration experience to play an integral part in the start-up of their regional office in Singapore.
As the first HR employee, you will partner closely with corporate HR in headquarter and Business Heads to start up the Singapore office. You will assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and processes in areas of and not limiting to recruitment, compensation & benefits, and administration of training & development and payroll. You will also be responsible for office administration in the start-up phase where you will develop and implementation suitable policies and processes.
Ideally degree qualified, the successful candidate have minimum 8 years’ experience as a HR generalist and hands-on office administration experience. Preference will be given those with experience working in Asian organizations, managing diversified workforce including commercial team and exposure working with corporate headquarter. You are hands-on, highly adaptable and possess excellent interpersonal, communications and influencing skills and ability to work in a diverse culture environment.
