Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain full set of accounts for the group companies, including and not limited to maintaining the general ledger, accounts receivable/billing, accounts payable, fixed assets maintenance (recording/tagging/tracking of assets), review of bank account activities, debtors and creditors monitoring, GST preparation and performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and processes for accounting & finance functions.
- Handle full sets of accounts of several APAC entities
- Handles statutory audit and tax accounting
- Prepare reconciliation, reporting and variance analysis
- Liaising with Operations and external vendors on key accounting related matters.
- Experience in local accounting specifics, IFRS and US GAAP
- Any other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Education - Accountancy Degree
- Certifications/Licensure- Member of ISCA or its equivalent
- Years of experience- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and reporting
- Additional qualifications desired: Good SAP FICO and EPM skills; Advance Word and Excel
