Our client is an Asian based company, an established leader in its market and trusted name in its industry. They are currently looking for a Senior Talent & Development professional to join their corporate head office.
This newly created role reports to the Corporate HR Director and in this individual contributor role, you will be required to be a trusted advisor and an internal consultant to the senior management team. You will lead overall people development strategy such as talent management review and programs, executive learning and assessment for key talents. You will effectively influence and work with all stakeholders within the Company and overseas divisions to drive organizational development initiatives to create a high performing workforce and develop HR programs that propel organizational effectiveness. You are degree qualified and have worked a minimum of 10 years in a progressive and dynamic environment, preferably in the industrial industries. You will have strong leadership skills to lead people through organizational change process. Strategic to have a broad based perspective and operational enough to roll up sleeves and get things going. Flexibility combined with strong drive and the desire to make a difference is also important. You will have an excellent track record in regional role and preferably exposure in Europe and/or America. It is critical that you are an effective communicator, with a drive for excellence and a flexible approach. Due to the regions covered, the candidate needs to be conversant in English & Mandarin to liaise with counterparts based in China and Hong Kong. This role is based in Singapore with some travel regionally as well as globally.
