Work details
Key Responsibilities are as follows:
1. Preparation of new loan transactions, credit reviews, and investment memorandums for submission to the credit committee for approval and parent company for consultations.
2. Assist the Senior Relationship Manager in customer account management, including negotiating contracts and loan agreements.
3. Track and monitor the terms and conditions of customers' loan documents based on the loan portfolio assigned.
4. Prepare pitch book and information memorandum for presentation in the Japanese language to existing customers and prospective clients.
5. Assist the Senior Relationship Manager in seeking new sales opportunities.
6. Any other tasks as assigned by the Head of Japanese Business Development.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of working experience in corporate banking. Fresh graduates may apply.
2. Team player and possess good communication and problem-solving skills.
3. Strong written and oral communication skills in Japanese and English to facilitate communication with parent company and Japanese customers.
