Our Client is fast growing technology company with presence in the major markets across Europe and Asia. Moving on to its next phase of expansion, they are now seeking a dynamic CFO to drive its plans to grow even further and potentially listing on a stock exchange.
In this exciting newly created role, you will be the CEO’s key finance business partner, providing expertise and advice for all strategic and finance-related matters. You will improve the existing team framework and processes, and establish new processes such as performance management measures. As the overall finance head, you will also provide guidance and leadership to the finance teams across the region and ensure the integrity and accuracy of statutory and legal reporting. You will also lead due diligence, strategic review of mergers and acquisitions opportunities, and drive the future public listing plans. 

Ideally, you are a CPA/CA with an established track record in CFO or Finance Director roles in listed companies or have experience in leading a company to listing status. Prior experience in technology related sector will be highly advantageous.  You have excellent commercial acumen and the drive to help the company advance to the next growth stage. In addition to possessing a strong accounting foundation, you must have strong communication and presentation skills, capable of being an effective leader to manage different cultures.
