Partner / Director, Management Consulting


Our client, one of the Top Japan Management Resources consulting to new start-up and mid-size capital firm aim to assist clients to succeed in their business via in house and professional advisory and business consultation. Due to business expansion, they are looking to hire a Partner and a Director to expand their business in the SEA region. 


As a Partner/ Director, you are required to source new consulting projects and investment deals by leveraging your own network. You will also manage client relationship in existing projects while seeking for possibility to expand project scopes. Ensure quality of the team's deliverables meet or exceed clients' expectations by effectively leading team members (ie. AVP) - To contribute to team's capability growth by proactively training and mentoring team members. 


As a Partner/ Director, you will take full ownership for Business, where you always deliver and exceed expectation of clients and seniors management. You take full ownership for business growth, passionate for new learning and self-growth while enjoying facing new challenges. You are an entrepreneur with logical thinking, competitive professional skills in either consulting / finance and marketing. 


To qualify the above, you are expected to graduate with Degree/ Master and possess more than 5 years of solid consulting, finance and marketing experience. You are looking to continue excel your career in a growing management consulting firm
