Our client is a well-established MNC in the industrial automation space.
The Logistics Trainer is responsible for developing training documents for all logistics processes in our client’s automated warehouse. He / she will design and conduct training programs, equipping the logistics staff with the knowledge and skills of receiving, picking, packing, MO-kitting and dispatch processes. Working closely with the logistics process team, this person will also continuously improve the logistics processes and participate in the CI board.
Ideally, the candidate should come with University Degree / Diploma Shipping, Logistics & Operations / Supply Chain Management, and at least 5 years of experience in developing and organising corporate training. He / she should possess knowledge of effective training methodologies and tools.
