Single contributor role
Our client is in the automotive component industry and they are looking to hire a HR & Admin Manager for their sales office.
The successful candidate will report to the Operations Director supporting about 30 headcount in Singapore. Key aspects to the role will be providing office administrative support and operational HR services and solutions to support the business. In this single contributor role, you will be required to lead in recruitment efforts, establish a fair and competitive compensation system, manage the performance evaluation system, administer and review employee benefits, plan & administer training activities and liaise with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies. You will also be required to assist in expat management and ad hoc projects.
The successful candidate will be an experienced HR professional ideally with 8+ years HR experience. You possess an extremely operational, hands-on and tactical approach as well as being meticulous and an eye for attention to details. This role requires someone with the ability to interact effectively when dealing with senior business leaders. With a good understanding of local labor law, you have good knowledge of HR issues and best practices.
