Project Manager (Interior Design) – to be based in KL, Malaysia

•Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
•Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
•Monitor daily site activities including co-ordination with contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers etc.
•Attend site meetings whenever necessary and required
•Communicate site issues with clients and relevant authorities effectively
•Conduct site survey and measurement works
•Ensure projects meet stipulated quality requirements by closely monitoring and supervising works of sub-contractors
•Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
•Be aware of materials usage at site and wastage control
•Review construction drawings
•Prepare weekly site reports on the project
•Maintain comprehensive project documentation
•Prepare and submit Request for Information (RFI) to consultants for clarification
•Ensure resource availability and allocation
•Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by Project Director
