Responsible for ensuring smooth operations, service delivery, maintenance and efficient utilization of resources of mobile services in NHGD, including Medical Courier, Mobile Fleets, Home phlebotomy and Health Screening. Reporting to the Assistant Director for Clinical Support Services and Operations, the Manager formulates and plans all strategies, policies, procedures and best practices needed to support the optimal performance of mobile services. Working closely with the respective departments to meet the needs of patient care, as well as foster good relationship with all strategic partners.
Qualifications
• Bachelor degree from an accredited institution.
Experiences
• Minimum 5 – 7 years of managerial position with an organization that places emphasis in these domains.
• Proven record of implementing best practices in the field of these domains.
Skill Requirements
• Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable interacting with all levels of management, from ground operations to top level executives.
• Matured with solid sense of confidentiality and discretion.
• Possess analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Excellent leadership and managerial skills for heading multiple teams and meeting tight deadlines
